Refund and Return Policy

1. Refund Period:

Customers have a refund window of 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for our services.

2. Refund Types:

We offer partial refunds, up to 50%, for services that are ready from our side and meet the customer's requirements.

3. Non-Refundable Services:

All our services are eligible for refunds, as long as they meet the refund criteria mentioned above.

4. Refund Criteria:

There are no specific criteria that customers need to meet to be eligible for a refund.

5. Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, customers must send an email to info@touchmediaads.com with their refund request.

6. Project Cancellation:

If a project is started and completed less than 20%, customers are eligible for a 20% refund. If the project is completed more than 80%, it is not applicable for a refund.

7. Incomplete Projects:

If we are unable to complete a project, 80% of the payment will be refunded to the customer.

8. Refund Fees:

We do not charge any fees for processing refunds.

9. Refund Processing Time:

We aim to process refund requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
